The specific objective of this assignment was overall logistical, administrative and technical support for the organisation of a seminar for up to 60 participants (in total) on 15-16 October 2019. The location of this event was Banjul, Gambia. The participants consisted of European CSO representatives as well as African CSO representatives.
For this project, NOOKOM was entrusted with arrangement of travels, visas, payment of daily allowances, production of conference kits, interpreters, note takers, as well as hotel reservations and payment, conference venue, registration, local transportation, prints and catering.
