Two National workshops were held in Harare and then three regional workshops were held in the following Eco-regions, Kariba, Chiredzi & Victoria Falls.
Services included booking workshop venues, accommodation, catering, local transport, per diem reimbursements & printing.
Due to complex logistics requirements encountered in remote regions and foreign currency problems encountered during payment of Per Diems, the successful implementation of the workshops required the assistance of a local team based in Zimbabwe.
