The specific objective of this assignment is to provide logistical support to organise in the course of the years 2019-2020 14 events, side-events, and meetings in various countries for up to 125 sponsored participants
Those events concerned the cooperation of the EU and the third countries in the fields of sustainable energies and climate changes.
Among these events, there was the 3rd meeting SEI Platform, Brussels, 11-12.7. 2019.
For this project, NOOKOM was entrusted with arrangement of travels, visas, payment of daily allowances, as well as hotel reservations and payment, the hiring of conference venues and catering.
