This 3-days yearly Seminar which 50 participants came together virtually, from EU Commission DG INTPA G3 (formerly DG DEVCO B04) and culture focal points from EU Delegations around the world, working in EU culture programming in their respective countries.
This assignment forms part of a larger contract to provide logistical, administrative and technical support for communications activities and organization of 9 events in the fields of education, culture, and health in 2021-2022. This Seminar was supposed to happen physically in Brussels but due to the governmental “covid restrictions”, it was decided to hold this Seminar in a fully virtual setting.
The aim of this event was to allow these EU culture officials to share experiences and provide knowledge or insights by means of specific online collaborative tools (Miro, Basecamp), while being virtually linked through an interactive videoconference.
For this project, C&M/NOOKOM was entrusted with all logistic arrangements of this virtual event (videoconference platform, technical support and assistance with presentations/sound/video, simultaneous interpretation FR/EN, etc.) and hired 4 key experts to design, draft and animate all the seminar contents and various sessions.
