This 1-day high-level conference where approximately 100 participants from EU and non-EU countries and various organisations, including participants from the Commission services and support staff, gathered.
The aim of the event was to support the sustainability of the network of UfM participating countries in disaster risk management in the Euro Mediterranean area.
For this project, NOOKOM was entrusted with arrangement of visas, payment of daily allowances, production of badges and conference kits, hiring of team of hostesses/stewards, translators, note takers, and photographers, as well as hotel reservations and payment, registration, local transportation, and catering.
